The importance of gas turbine engines to the aviation industry cannot be overemphasized. Being a major part aircrafts and jets, its reliability must second none. They are continuously subjected extreme conditions during service making them subject constant studies. To produce thrust torque power required them, they have convert intense heat pressure inherent in hot combustion gases. withstand high temperature without thermal failure, specialized materials cooling employed. This study numerically investigated effect fluid on structural integrity (DS) GTD111 alloy stator blade using COMSOL 5.5 software. Air was used as this study. duct passages significantly affected by values. Lower values proved beneficial for keeping material below metallurgical limit is positive total displacement, it however, negatively affects yielding material. can optimally selected give optimal effects terms displacement stress development.
